 | History: | A 2 year-old boy was presented to us with: paleness, stomach aches, obstipation, urination difficulties and a poor general condition. In the lower abdomen, a large mass could be palpated. The child was transferred by his pediatrician to pediatric surgery with the suspicion of obstipation. | |
 | Pathomorphology or Pathophysiology of this disease : | ALL with blasts in the peripheral blood and bone marrow. In the ultrasound, a large space-occupying lesion in the pelvis with blockage of the kidneys and surrounding of the rectum was noticed. A rare manifestation of a large lymphoma in the pelvis. | |
