 | History: | The diagnosis of a urinary retention was made prenatally in the 24th gestational week, postnatally the findings were proven. Urinary retention grade III in both buds of the left kidney. Depiction of a cystic tumor on the left hand side of the floor of the bladder. | |

Ultrasound 1: Transverse lower abdomen, filled urinary bladder with cystic, non-growing mass on the left, which fills 2/3 of the bladder, paravesicular megaureter without peristalsis on the left.

Ultrasound 2: Longitudinal lower abdomen, Bladder with a cystic structure at the floor of the bladder, rigid megaureter seen retrovesically left.

Ultrasound 3: Left flank, large kidney with urinary retention III° of the lower buds, upper bud with its megaureter is filled with fluid which is without parenchyma.

X-Ray 1: Urogram, right kidney within normal limits, left urinary retention with tortuous megaureter, typical absence of contrast in the bladder to the left.

OP-Situs 1: Upper section, Representation of the uterocele which filled the bladder.
<- view OP-Situs 2
OP-Situs 2: Ureterocele after puncture, pulled caudally, the right ostium is where it should be and is splinted with a catheter. The left Ostium of the lower bud is also splinted with a catheter, which lies cranio-medially of the upper ureterocele.

 | Course / Prognosis / Frequency / Other : | Because of increasing obstruction of the opposite side and urination impairment, a sectio alta was performed. Ureterocele was slit was performed at 3 weeks, intraoperative depiction of the cele with extension into the urethra. | |
